One of the things on the list this time was to "depict overdressed". wanwu's way of doing the job, was amazing and hilarious - and with a great, retro feel to it :-)

Make sure you take a look at the slideshow where you can see all the pictures wanwu presented in this weeks hunt !

This shot was submitted by kalurah in the "Zoos from your Travels thread" and she took this at the Portland Zoo. I love the framing and the reflection and the crazy lines. Well done kalurah and thanks for sharing this with the group.

Brittni by the lake

Admin's Choice for our Weekend Showcase!

This stunning portrait was taken by Mona T. Brooks (mona, eh), a wonderfully talented San Francisco based photographer. Not only does the photo
feature a true beauty, but the color tones, composition, and depth of field really make this portrait a masterpiece. Kudos, Mona, for a superb piece of work and for sharing it with us in our Weekend Showcase.
Call Me Karate took this shot in a plane on her way to Colorado. I love the unusual perspective of this photograph and the very clear and definitive line between the sky without the sun and the sky with the sun. This is such a clear shot for having been taken through a window - well done! Thank you for adding this to the "sunsets/sunrises from your travels" thread.
